DAILY - Check blade tension
ensuring proper pressure for the
size of blade in use.
DAILY - Check band blade tracking. A 1 ½” blade should be centered on the wheels the
same distance from the gullet to the wheel and back edge of the wheel to the back edge
of the blade.

Pump handle to
increase pressure
Turn knob left to vent /
release pressure

*Remember to re-tighten
before pumping the handle
