Maintenance & Replacement of Solder Tip
Please follow below steps in case any faulty with solder working.(please
contact local agent or distributor if any uncertain faulty with the machine)
1.Usual cleaning
Ÿ Wipe the solder handle and machine with some cleanser with a cloth.
Ÿ Do not allow any fluid into the machine.
Ÿ Do not wipe the machine with organic solvent.
2.New solder tip
Ÿ Please use original 600 Series solder tips.
Ÿ Please follow below steps to save life time of solder tip.
1)Power on, set the solder temperature to 200℃, touch the solder wire
contained solder flux with tin surface of solder tip head.
2)Keep the solder temperature to 200℃ for 2 minutes, then set the
temperature to working temperature.
Caution: do regular cleaning to the solder tip every day.
Auxiliary Function
1. Temperature fast adjustment(the machine without password): press up or
down key to adjust the temperature ( the fast adjustment would not be
saved after power off.)
2. Shortcut key: Press CH1/CH2/CH3 for a fast adjustment to default
temperature, long press CH1/CH2/CH3 1 second for revising default
temperature(please enter right password while you had set password for
the machine), then press up or down key to set the default temperature,
then press menu key to save the data.
3.Maintenance of Solder Tip
