4.Replacement of Solder Tip
Loose the sleeve and pull the solder tip out after power off the machine and
the solder tip cool down.
Picture as below:
Caution: Tightening the sleeve without undue force in case any damage
to the solder heater.
5.After-sale Service
Please contact the local distributor or agent if there is uncertain faulty with
the machine.
6.Temperature calibration
6.1 The machine should be to do regular temperature calibration to the solder
handle. Please do temperature calibration to the solder handle after
replacement of solder tips.
6.2 Follow the temperature compensation setting for solder handle.

Ÿ Do tinning to the solder tip before finishing solder working.
Ÿ Do not use the solder handle in high temperature for too long time, or it
would reduce life time of solder tip much.
Ÿ Do not rub or hit the solder point while soldering or it would reduce life
time of solder tip.
Ÿ Do not rub the solder tip with rough materials or file.
Ÿ Do cleaning with emery cloth then wipe the tip with some benzophenone
fluid. Then do tinning to the solder tip with 200 ℃Temperature in case any
oxidization.
Ÿ Do not use solder flux that contains sour or chlorine.
Caution: do regular cleaning to the solder tip every week.
