  If your Baldor DC drive motor isn't running and the pilot light is on, first, try rotating the Main Speed potentiometer clockwise. If that doesn't work, the motor itself might be defective, with worn brushes or other issues, so check the motor and replace it if needed. Also, ensure that the correct Plug-In Horsepower Resistor® is installed. A blown Armature Fuse could also be the cause, so replace it if necessary. Finally, check the CL Trimpot setting and adjust it if it's fully counterclockwise.

Then, readjust the CL and/or IR Trimpots. If problems persist, the speed control module may be defective and require replacement. Also, verify that the Voltage Select Switch is correctly set for your line voltage. Finally, inspect the motor for defects or worn brushes; repair or replace the motor as necessary.

Readjust the MIN Trimpot to correct this. Alternatively, the IR Comp trimpot may be set too high, requiring you to readjust the IR Trimpot.
