If normal operation of your B&G Monitor isn't possible and a factory reset doesn't resolve the issue, try this: Switch off the unit, then press and hold the zoom in and zoom out keys while switching the unit back on. Release the zoom keys after approximately 5-6 seconds. A second beep confirms the reset.
