Hydraulic System Maintenance
• Changing Hydraulic Oil.
• Run the machine until the hydraulic oil is warm. Stop the engine.
• Return all control levers to neutral.
• Remove top plate from return line filters.
• Remove drain plug from bottom of tank.
• Allow oil to drain into a container (approx. 300 liters).
• Replace drain plug and fill tank through the return line filter.
It is strongly recommended to change return line filters, suction line filters and high pressure filters when changing
hydraulic oil.
• Changing Return Line Filters.
• Run the machine until the hydraulic oil is warm. Stop the engine.
• Remove top plate from return line filters.
• Remove old filter elements and insert new filter elements.
• Replace filter caps and tighten bolts.
• Changing Strainer Filters (Inside Tank).
• Drain hydraulic tank as above.
• Remove top inspection panel.
• Unscrew suction filters and replace.
SCREEN BOX MESH FITTING, MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENTS
• Check the condition of all screen box wear plate at inlet end of the screen box.
• Replace if necessary.
• Check the condition of the screen mesh panels.
• Replace any worn panels if necessary.
• To replace these panels on the top deck loosen the nuts on the side clamp plates (side tensioned only) and remove them loosen
back clamp plate and remove (end tensioned only).
• Lift out the worn mesh panels and replace with new panels.
• Refit the clamp plates, retaining bolts and re-tension the panels. (see below side tensioned sketch).
