To start compass mode, press the S2 button in watch, barometer-,
or altitude mode. If you start launch compass mode by pressing S2,
press the S4 button followed by S2 again.
In compass mode, the angle is displayed in the middle row of the
display. The direction indicator in the upper row displays its bear-
ings. The current time is shown in the bottom row.
Caution
You should calibrate the compass before using the compass func-
tion for the first time and after every battery replacement (see Page
65) or if the direction indication does not seem to be correct.
