The range depends on various factors and is strongly influenced by the
following:
• Capacity (Ah) and voltage (V) of the battery pack;
• Pedal assistance level (Eco/Normal/Power);
• Pedal assistance mode or riding program (Optimum/Plus/Tour), ask
your dealer about the possibilities;
• Ambient temperature
• Wind force;
• Tyre pressure (at least 4 bar);
• Cycling speed;
• Weight of the cyclist and the load (standard 80 kg);
• Cycling behaviour;
• Road conditions;
• Use of gears.
The range will perceptibly decrease as the battery pack gets older.
Shift gears
If the bicycle has been equipped with gears, timely shift the gears in
order to increase the range.
