7 Diagnostic messages
Contact the bicycle repair shop if the message is not listed in the manual.
Message Diagnosis Solution
E01 Battery pack flat Charge the battery pack.
E02 The battery pack has
become too hot or cold
while charging
Wait until the battery pack is
within the temperature range
(see § 1.2.4 and § 5.1). The
charging will then
automatically continue.
E04 Bicycle connected to the
battery charger
Disconnect the battery
charger from the bicycle.
E07 Motor outside
temperature range
Wait until the motor has
reached the proper
temperature.
E13 Display does not respond
correctly
This message may occur
while positioning/removing the
display. Take your bicycle to
the bicycle repair shop.
E14 Display is not recognised The display needs resetting.
Take your bicycle to the
bicycle repair shop.
E15 Deviation in the charging
management
Connect the bicycle to the
battery charger and wait until
