Your new BATEC is delivered fully packaged in a cardboard box. In order to prevent
breakage during transport, loose parts to be installed later, such as the battery, are
packed separately in the cardboard box.

• Verify that the cardboard box does not have any surface damages that
may have been caused during transportation.
• Remove all packaging material.
• Remove the parts of the BATEC (including the battery and the charger)
from the cardboard box and check that everything is there.
• Check that no parts have any damages, scratches, lines, knocks,
deformations or other defects.
• If you discover a problem or a missing part, please report this to the
authorised distributor immediately.
