ATTENTION: Under no circumstances should you use the battery discharging port to
charge it or supply it energy in any way, whether with an enery source or a regenerative
braking system.
Charging the battery:
• The BATEC battery is charged through the XLR 3 pin port located on
the side of the battery.
• Only charge the battery with its original BATEC MOBILITY charger
provided to you with your BATEC.
ATTENTION: Under no circumstance should you use chargers from other
manufacturers. Do not use chargers of other BATECS either, as the specifications for
each series of BATECS are different.
• The recharging time for the BATEC MOBILITY battery is 3 hours.
Both the smart charger and the smart battery management system
cut off the current when the battery is charged.
• Charging the battery: To charge the battery the BATEC must always
be switched off. You can charge the battery both with the battery in
the BATEC and outside the BATEC. Turn the lid that protects the
charging port, connect the charger to the port and to a power socket
and switch on the charger.
