11. Attach Handle to Filter with Nuts (57), Washers (58),
Washer (59), and Cap Nut (60) as shown.

12. Place Filter (38) on top of the
Collector (40). Place Filter Clamp (39) over
lower lip of Filter and upper lip of Collector,
then fasten Filter Clamp. (See Figure F.)
13. Pass Collection Bag (30) up through inside
of Bag Retainer (31), fold open edge of
Collection Bag over Bag Retainer and install inside
bottom lip of Collector (40). (See Figure F.)
14. Place Inlet (28) onto Impeller Housing
and line up Screw holes, then secure
with Screws (27). (See Figure F.)
