Fold the upper part of the support outwards to grip the heel.
Pull the support over the foot up to the heel.
Fold back the folded-over part of the support.
Pull up until ankle bones rest in the rounded hollows of the pads.
Adjust the fit of the support as necessary.
Product should be applied under physician's guidance and per instructions.
