Induction cooking
o Induction cooking is a safe, advanced, efficient and economical
cooking technology.
o It works by electromagnetic vibrations generating heat directly in
the pan, rather than indirectly through heating the glass surface.
The only heat present on the glass surface is from the pan which
warms it up.
Cooking on an induction zone
o Press the ON/OFF button (1). A buzzer will
beep once and all the displays will show - -
indicating that the induction hob has
entered stand-by mode.
