Speedy Defrost
For example, to defrost 500g of beef
:
1) Press ‘ ’.
2) Press ‘5’, ‘0’, ‘0’ in that order.
3) Press ‘
’ to start defrosting.
* Note: Time needed for defrosting using the Speedy Defrost
function is less than that of ‘Defrost by weight’ for the food with
the same weight.
Auto Menu Cooking
• Press the number pads (‘1’ – ‘9’) to match the food you
want to cook with a program number.

You will ALSO need to set your Microwave to cook the
weight of your food. You do this by pressing the number
key that corresponds to your food either one or more
