o The washer will not
operate at all.
o Is there a power failure?
o Is the power cord correctly
connected to the electrical outlet?
o Did you turn on the power?
o Did you press the On/Off button?
o Is there the correct amount of
laundry in the washer?
o Water is not entering
the drum.
o Did you connect the inlet hose and
open the water tap fully?
o Is the inlet hose or the water tap
frozen?
o Is the water supply shut off?
o Is there any foreign object blocking
the filter that sits in the inlet hose?
o The washer will not
drain.
o Is the drain hose frozen or blocked
by dirt?
o Is the drain hose kinked or
deformed?
o Is the end of the drain hose
immersed in water?
o Is there excessive dirt inside the
drain filter?
o The washer will not
spin.
o Are the clothes in the drum
collected on one side?
o Is the washer installed on an
uneven floor or is there serious
vibration?
o Is the door open?
o The washer will stop
during spinning.
o Spinning is
insufficient.
o Is the filter of the drain pump
clogged?
o Is the drain pump operating?
o Is the drain hose placed higher
than 90 cm above the floor?
o Vibrating and noisy o Is the washer installed on an
