Limited Warranty

Personal, Family, or Household
The BCS No-Time-limit Warranty Is available on units sold from Sept 1992 and beyond to the original
owner. The BCS No-Time-Limit Warranty applies to all transmission components. This will include all
components located inside the transmission housing excluding the clutch assembly and PTO coupling.
BCS Chipper/Shredders and all remaining parts on BCS tractors and attachments are warranted for a
period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
All engines (Acme, Honda, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, and Lombardini) are covered by a separate
warranty issued by the individual engine manufacturers. Please refer to the engine warranty for details.
Commercial, Professional, and Rental Use
BCS tractors and attachments are warranted for a period of one (1 ) year from the date of purchase.
All engines (Acme, Honda, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton and Lombardini) are covered by a separate warranty
issued by the individual engine manufacturers. Please refer to the engine warranty for details.
WARRANTYSERVICE
For warranty service, return the defective BCS product together with proof of date of purchase and the
serial number of your BCS product to an authorized BCS servicing dealer or BCS factory recommended
service station. Transportation of your BCS product to and from the place where warranty service is
performed shall be at your expense and risk.
