• Point the remote control at the receiver on the device.
• The remote control must not be further than 7 meters from the device (without obstacles
between the remote control and the receiver).
• The remote control must be handled with extreme care. Do not drop it or expose it to
direct sunlight or heat sources. If the remote control does not work, please remove and
reinsert the battery.
Initial start-up of the remote control or replacement of the
betterien:
• Remove the cover on the back of the remote control.
• Insert two "AAA" 1.5V batteries in the correct position (see
instructions inside the battery compartment)
Safety instructions for battery replacement:
• When the remote control is replaced or disposed of, the batteries must be removed and
disposed of in accordance with current legislation, as they are harmful to the
environment.
• Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon zinc) or
rechargeable (nickel cadmium) batteries.
• Do not dispose of batteries in fire. Batteries can explode or leak.
• If the remote control will not be used for a long time, remove the batteries.
NOTE
If the remote control needs to be replaced or disposed of, the batteries must be removed and
disposed of properly according to valid regulations!
Also remove the batteries if the remote control will not be used for a long time to prevent
corrosion damage.
If the batteries need to be replaced, always replace both with ones of the same type and
state of charge.
