• The water can continuously drain through the hose into a floor drain or bucket.
• Switch the device on again.
NOTICE:
Make sure that the height and cross-section of the drain hose are not higher than the drain,
otherwise the water tank cannot be drained. (Fig.16 and Fig.17)
CLEANING
Before cleaning or servicing the unit, turn it off by pressing the button on the control panel or
remote control, wait a few minutes, and then unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Cleaning the housing
Clean the housing of the device with a slightly damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly with a
dry cloth.
Never use water to wash the device as this can be dangerous.
Never clean the device with gasoline, alcohol or solvents.
Never spray insecticide liquids or similar substances on the device.
Cleaning the air filter
To ensure that your unit works efficiently, you should clean the filter
once a week while it is in operation. Remove the evaporator filter
according to the illustration.
Be careful to avoid the metal parts of the unit to prevent injury from
possible cuts while removing or reinstalling the filter.
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust accumulations from the filter. If
the filter is very dirty, you can clean it in warm water and rinse it
several times. Make sure the water is never hotter than 40℃ (104℉).
After washing, allow the filter to dry completely and then replace the intake grille on the unit.
