What to do if my BE Pressure Washer unit will not turn on?
    • K
      Kenneth PattersonAug 3, 2025
First, make sure your BE Pressure Washer is turned OFF. Plug the electrical cord into a grounded 120-volt outlet, avoiding any extension cords. If the plug doesn't fit, your outlet might not be properly grounded; try another outlet. If the issue persists, try plugging into another electrical outlet and repeat the procedure. If it still doesn't work, contact Customer Service.

      Lisa AdamsAug 9, 2025
If your BE Pressure Washer is running but there's no water flow, first check the water source. Then, unclog the nozzle on the lance, referring to the nozzle cleaning instructions. If that doesn't work, remove the lance and spray directly from the spray gun to determine if the lance is the problem.

Why does my BE Pressure Washer turn on for 2 seconds then shut off?
    • C
      Cheryl HaynesAug 15, 2025
Your BE Pressure Washer may turn on for 1-2 seconds to prime the pump when water is connected, accessories are assembled, and the power is on. It will then automatically shut off, waiting for you to press the spray gun trigger. When you press the trigger, water will flow through the pump. If this is not the case, turn the power off, hold the trigger on the spray gun to ensure a steady water stream, and simultaneously turn the power back on.

What to do if water is leaking from the high pressure hose connection on my BE P2014EN Pressure Washer spray gun?
    • S
      Scott MendozaAug 22, 2025
If water leaks where the high pressure hose connects to the spray gun of your BE Pressure Washer, ensure that there is an o-ring (included in the package contents) at the end of the metal tip of the high pressure hose. The connection between the hose and spray gun will leak if the o-ring is missing.

How to fix a high pressure hose that won't connect to the spray gun on my BE Pressure Washer?
    • W
      William JohnsonAug 27, 2025
If the high pressure hose won't connect to the spray gun on your BE Pressure Washer, the issue might be the rubber sleeve covering the fitting at the end of the high pressure hose. Wiggle, twist, and/or pull the rubber sleeve down until the entire tip is visible, plus an 1/8 inch of the metal fitting below the tip. Then, try inserting the hose tip into the spray gun. It should click into place and stay until released by pushing the lever on the underside of the gun. If you can't move the sleeve, carefully cut away the end with a sharp knife, being careful not to damage the hose.
