Removing your child from the car
Removing the Bobob from the car
A few tips
Back and seat: orthopaedically good!
• You can easily remove your child from the Bobob by unlocking the
5-point belt of the Bobob.
Release the belt by pressing the red button (illustration 20).
• Place the Bobob in the reclining position.
Release the car seat belt and remove the hip-part of the belt from
under the shell of the Bobob.
Now push the steel part of the belt clamp upward.
Open the belt clamp and remove the seat belt.
• The Bobob is suitable for the weight group 9-18 kg.
• Ensure that the belt that is used to fasten the child’s seat in the car is
securely fastened and tightened.
• Make sure that the Bobob is installed in such a way that no parts of the
Bobob or the seat belts can get caught between the door or the
mechanism of the adjustable car seat.
• Always secure the child in the Bobob using the 5-point seat belt.
• Make sure that the belts are not twisted.
• Make sure that the belt fits snugly around the body of the child.
• Upon purchasing the Bobob, place it in the car and verify that it can be
installed and used as indicated in these instructions.
If this is not the case, then contact your dealer or manufacturer.
• You can store these instructions in the compartment at the back of the
Bobob.
• You are not to make any changes to the Bobob.
• The non-upholstered synthetic parts of the car seat may become too
warm for your child’s skin if the car is left standing in the sun for a long
time.
• The Bobob should be replaced following a car accident. You can
contact your dealer, if so desired.
• Baggage or other items that may cause injury during a car accident
should be properly secured.
• Never leave your child unattended in the car.
• Do not use the Bobob without the upholstered parts.
• The upholstery can be washed by hand at 30°C.
The synthetic parts can be cleaned using lukewarm water and soap.
• The upholstery should only be replaced by upholstery that has been
recommended by the supplier.
The upholstery is an integrated part of the safety of the Bobob.
