What to do if the container pressure is too low in Beko Air Compressor?
    • V
      vmckeeAug 5, 2025
If the container pressure or operating pressure is too low in your Beko Air Compressor, start by checking the pressure drop via the inlet filter and replace the filter element if required. Ensure the compressed-air system upstream of the activated-carbon adsorber is not pressureless and eliminate any faults. Also, inspect for wear debris in the system, which may clog the compressed-air distributor or filter elements. Replace the dust filter element and the activated carbon. Clean the compressed-air distributor and verify the operating conditions, such as pulsation and volume flow.

How to clean oil-contaminated circuit sections in Beko Air Compressor?
    • C
      Christopher HammondAug 12, 2025
If the residual oil content is too high in your Beko Air Compressor, and you suspect oil-contaminated circuit sections between the activated-carbon adsorber and the measuring point, clean the pipe section or install a new pipe section.

What to do if condensate drainage upstream of the activated-carbon adsorber does not work in Beko Air Compressor?
    • S
      Susan LynnAug 20, 2025
If you're experiencing high residual oil content and suspect the condensate drainage upstream of the activated-carbon adsorber is not working in your Beko Air Compressor, check the functioning of the condensate drain (at the inlet filter), and repair or replace it, if required.

Why is the residual oil content too high in my Beko Air Compressor?
    • B
      ballraymondOct 27, 2025
High residual oil content in your Beko Air Compressor can be due to several reasons. It could be that the inlet volume flow is too high, in which case you should reduce it. Alternatively, the operating pressure might be too low, so increase it. A high compressed-air temperature at the inlet may also be the cause; try reducing it or installing a precooler. Check if your inlet filter elements are exhausted, and replace them if the pressure difference is too high. Ensure you are using BEKO filters and filter elements in an oil- and grease-free version. Clean any oil-contaminated circuit sections or replace them. Also, verify the condensate drain is functioning correctly and repair or replace it if needed. Finally, the activated carbon might have reached its maximum absorption capacity, requir...
