Do you have a question about the Beko QWIK-PURE CS and is the answer not in the manual?
The BEKO QWIK-PURE® iCS is a condensate treatment system designed for oil-lubricated and oil-free compressors. It utilizes physical processes to separate oils from water in compressor condensate. The system's operation is controlled and monitored by a Flow Regulation Controller (FRC) unit, which ensures efficient and safe condensate processing.
Condensate enters the pressure relief chamber, where entrained compressed air is separated. The condensate then flows through the FRC into a measuring chamber and subsequently into filter cartridges. The FRC monitors the filling level in the measuring chamber using High Level Alarm (HLA), High Level (HL), and Low Level (LL) sensors. When the condensate reaches the HL sensor, the FRC initiates a discharge operation. This involves switching a PISTON solenoid valve to close the connection to the pressure relief chamber and pressurize the piston with auxiliary air. A PULSE solenoid valve then opens intermittently, conveying auxiliary air into the measuring chamber to displace condensate through the filter cartridges into a collector. Once the filling level drops below the LL sensor, the auxiliary air supply stops, the PISTON solenoid valve depressurizes and opens the connection to the pressure relief chamber, and the measuring chamber refills with condensate. Purified condensate from the collector is directed via a riser duct into a clean water tank and then to a wastewater connection. During operation, an oil layer settles on the condensate surface in the measuring chamber and is fed into the filter cartridges. If the oil layer reaches the HLA sensor, an unscheduled "oil cycle" discharge occurs to bring the oil layer into contact with the filter material. In de-energized, standby, or malfunction states, condensate is conveyed through the filter cartridges by gravity alone.
The QWIK-PURE® iCS is available in several models: 550, 1100, 2200, and 3300, with varying maximum condensate flow rates.
The QWIK-PURE® iCS is designed for stationary use in commercial or industrial areas. It features a user-friendly interface with LED status indicators for various functions, including filter cartridge selection, WLAN status, piston status, solenoid valve status, and overall system status. Buttons are provided for On-Off, Enter, Service, Start Menu, and Menu navigation. The FRC includes an integrated Modbus RTU interface for reading operating parameters and device information, with preset interface parameters (Baud Rate: 19200, Data Bits: 8, Stop Bits: 1, Parity: even, Server Address: 247). A WLAN function allows for remote display of device data, real-time operating data, and modification of FRC settings via a password-protected interface. The WLAN automatically deactivates after 5 minutes of inactivity. The system allows for manual initiation of a discharge operation and resetting of IP settings.
The device incorporates several features to facilitate maintenance and ensure optimal performance:
