Why is my laundry stiff after washing in my Beko WMI 61241 Washer?
    • T
      Tina EvansSep 23, 2025
Laundry can become stiff after washing in your Beko washer if you are using an insufficient amount of detergent for the water hardness, if detergent is put in the prewash compartment although prewash cycle is not selected or if detergent is mixed with the softener. Use the appropriate amount of detergent according to the water hardness. Put the detergent in the correct compartment. Do not mix the softener with detergent. Wash and clean the dispenser with hot water.

What to do if my Beko Washer it did not spin?
    • M
      Mrs. Tina HayesAug 26, 2025
If your Beko Washer didn't spin, it might be due to an imbalance of laundry, causing the program to complete without spinning. Also, the machine won't spin if the water hasn't completely drained. Rearrange and re-spin the laundry if it's clustered. Check the filter and drain hose for blockages.

Why does my Beko WMI 61241 washing time take longer than specified?
    • D
      Daniel CooleySep 4, 2025
Several factors can cause prolonged washing times. Low water pressure or supply voltage can extend the cycle as the machine waits for sufficient water or compensates for low voltage. Cold input water also increases the cycle time as the machine heats the water. An imbalance of laundry in the drum might activate the automatic spin correction system, also extending the washing time. Finally, the machine may increase the water amount or add a rinse cycle for a better rinse.

What to do if foam is overflowing from the detergent drawer of my Beko Washer?
    • Y
      ymillerSep 2, 2025
Foam overflowing from the detergent drawer in your Beko washer may be due to using too much detergent. To address this, mix 1 tablespoonful of softener with ½ liter of water and pour the mixture into the main wash compartment of the detergent drawer. Also, put detergent into the machine suitable for the programmes and maximum loads indicated in the “Programme and consumption table”. When you use additional chemicals (stain removers, bleachs and etc), reduce the amount of detergent.
