  Laundry can become stiff after washing in your Beko washer if you are using an insufficient amount of detergent for the water hardness, if detergent is put in the prewash compartment although prewash cycle is not selected or if detergent is mixed with the softener. Use the appropriate amount of detergent according to the water hardness. Put the detergent in the correct compartment. Do not mix the softener with detergent. Wash and clean the dispenser with hot water.

Finally, the machine may increase the water amount or add a rinse cycle for a better rinse.
