The machine will wait until there is a sufficient amount of water to avoid poor washing results due to a lack of water. The timer may also stop during the heating step, so the timer indicator will not countdown until the machine reaches the selected temperature. The timer may stop during the spinning step because the automatic unbalanced load detection system might be activated due to the unbalanced distribution of the laundry in the drum.

  If the loading door of your Beko Washer cannot be opened, it may be due to the door lock being activated because of the water level in the machine, so drain the water by running the Pump or Spin programme. The machine could be heating up the water or it is at the spinning cycle, so wait until the programme completes. The child lock may be engaged, so wait a couple of minutes for deactivation of the door lock. The loading door may be stuck because of the pressure it is subjected to, so grab the handle and push and pull the loading door to release and open it.

Put the detergent in the correct compartment. Detergent might be mixed with the softener, so do not mix the softener with detergent. Wash and clean the dispenser with hot water.
