  If the programme time on your Beko Washer does not countdown (on models with display), the timer may stop during water intake, so timer indicator will not countdown until the machine takes in adequate amount of water. The timer may stop during heating step, so timer indicator will not countdown until the machine reaches the selected temperature. The timer may stop during spinning step, so automatic unbalanced load detection system might be activated due to the unbalanced distribution of the laundry in the drum.

How to open the loading door of Beko WUE6511XWW Washer?

  If the loading door of your Beko Washer cannot be opened, it may be due to the door lock being activated because of the water level in the machine. Drain the water by running the Pump or Spin programme. The machine may be heating up the water or it is at the spinning cycle, so wait until the programme completes. If the child lock is engaged, wait a couple of minutes for deactivation of the door lock. The loading door may be stuck because of the pressure it is subjected to, so grab the handle and push and pull the loading door to release and open it.

  If your Beko Washer is leaking water from the bottom, the water drain hose might be clogged or twisted, so clean or flatten the hose. Also, the pump filter could be clogged, so clean the pump filter.

  If your Beko Washer isn't filling with water, first, turn on the taps. If the water inlet hose is bent, flatten it. If the water inlet filter is clogged, clean the filter. Lastly, ensure the loading door is closed.

  If it does not rinse well after washing with your Beko Washer, the amount, brand and storage conditions of the detergent used are inappropriate, so use a detergent appropriate for the washing machine and your laundry and keep detergents closed in an environment free of humidity and do not expose them to excessive temperatures. Detergent is put in the wrong compartment, so if detergent is put in the prewash compartment although prewash cycle is not selected, machine can take this detergent during rinsing or softener step, so put the detergent in the correct compartment. The pump filter is clogged, so check the filter. The drain hose is folded, so check the drain hose.

  If your Beko Washer doesn't switch to the spinning step, there might be unbalanced load in the machine, so automatic unbalanced load detection system might be activated due to the unbalanced distribution of the laundry in the drum. The machine will not spin if water is not drained completely, so check the filter and the draining hose. Excessive foam might have occurred and automatic foam absorption system might have been activated due to too much detergent usage, so use recommended amount of detergent.

  If your laundry became stiff after washing in your Beko Washer, insufficient amount of detergent is used, so using insufficient amount of detergent for the water hardness can cause the laundry to become stiff in time, so use appropriate amount of detergent according to the water hardness. Detergent is put in the wrong compartment, so if detergent is put in the prewash compartment although prewash cycle is not selected, machine can take this detergent during rinsing or softener step, so put the detergent in the correct compartment. Detergent might be mixed with the softener, so do not mix the softener with detergent. Wash and clean the dispenser with hot water.

  If foam is overflowing from the detergent drawer of your Beko Washer, it could be because too much detergent is used, so mix 1 tablespoonful softener and ½ l water and pour into the main wash compartment of the detergent drawer. Detergent might be mixed with the softener, so put detergent into the machine suitable for the programmes and maximum loads indicated in the "Programme and consumption table". When you use additional chemicals (stain removers, bleachs and etc), reduce the amount of detergent.

Why does washing take longer time than specified in the manual with my Beko WUE6511XWW?

  If the washing cycle on your Beko Washer is taking longer than specified, it could be due to low water pressure. The machine waits until taking in adequate amount of water to prevent poor washing quality due to the decreased amount of water. Voltage might be low, so washing time is prolonged to avoid poor washing results. The input temperature of water might be low, so required time to heat up the water extends. The number of rinses and/or amount of rinse water might have increased, because machine increases the amount of rinse water when good rinsing is needed. Excessive foam might have occurred and automatic foam absorption system might have been activated due to too much detergent usage, so use recommended amount of detergent.
