We,BelkinInternational,Inc.,of12045E.WaterfrontDrive,Playa
Vista,CA90094,declareunderoursoleresponsibilitythattheproduct,
G3A2000,towhichthisdeclarationrelates,complieswithPart15ofthe
FCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:(1)this
devicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)thisdevicemust
acceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycause
undesiredoperation.
Caution:ExposuretoRadioFrequencyRadiation.Theradiatedoutput
powerofthisdeviceisfarbelowtheFCCradiofrequencyexposure
