Before Using for the First Time
1. Read all operating instructions carefully.
2. Carefully unpack the Citrus Juicer and parts. Remove all packaging materials and any labels from the
outer surfaces.
3. Place your Citrus Juicer on a level surface such as a countertop or table.
4. Wash the storage lid, large and small cones, upper and lower sieves, and juice container in warm,
soapy water.
CAUTION: To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the Citrus Juicer power base or allow cord
to come into contact with water or other liquids.
Citrus Juicer Assembly
1. Place the Citrus Juicer power base on a at, clean work area, close to an electrical outlet.
2. Plug the power-supply cord into a 120V AC electrical wall outlet.
3. Fit the juice container over the base stem. (See Figure 2.)
4. Turn the juice container clockwise until it drops down and locks securely onto the power base.

5. Lock both sieves together. Fit the lower sieve up into the upper sieve. Line the pulp button up with the
handle cover and push rmly until the lower sieve snaps into position.
6. Add the sieves to the top of the juice container. Fit the handle cover over the juice container handle and
position the upper/lower sieves inside the lip of the juice container. (See Figure 4.)
IMPORTANT: The small cone must ALWAYS be installed. NEVER try to use the large cone without the
small cone in position.
7. Choose the small juicing cone to juice fruits such as lemons, limes and small tangerines. Fit the small
cone over the juice container’s center stem Turn and press down until the cone drops down and locks
into position.
8. Use the large cone to juice larger tangerines,
oranges or grapefruits. Fit the notches on the large
cone over the stirrers on the small cone until the 2
pieces snap together. (See Figure 5.)
9. Add the correctly sized cone(s) to the Citrus Juicer.
Drop the cone(s) onto the center stem until they
rest on top of the sieves. (See Figure 6.)
