What to do if my Bella NutriPro will not turn on?

  If your Bella Cold Press Juicer won't turn on, the safety system might be preventing operation. Ensure the lid is completely and properly assembled, with the crushing auger's top spindle pressing against the lid and the lid's tab fully inserted into the slot in the upper rim of the processing bowl. Also, make sure the ON/OFF/REVERSE button is set to OFF (O) and the locking lid is securely locked in place. The juice strainer and crushing auger may be clogged with pulp. Clean the juice strainer and rinse the crushing auger. Reassemble all parts, ensuring both the juice strainer and crushing auger are properly seated.

  If your Bella Cold Press Juicer stops during juicing, it could be due to a blocked juice strainer or food jammed around the crushing auger. Try pressing the ON/OFF/REVERSE button to REVERSE (==) the direction of the crushing auger and then back to ON (—) to resume operation. Additionally, clean the stainless steel juice strainer and rinse the crushing auger. To prevent this, chop dense fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces to facilitate juicing.

  If your Bella Cold Press Juicer stops during juicing, especially with a blocked strainer or food jammed around the crushing auger, try the following: * Press the ON/OFF/REVERSE button to REVERSE (REV) to change the crushing auger's direction, then switch it back to ON to continue. * Clean the stainless steel juice strainer and rinse the crushing auger. * To prevent future blockages, chop dense fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces. Cut wheat grass into small handfuls and insert it vertically. * If the unit overheats from prolonged use, let it cool off for an hour before turning it back on.
