PROBLEM POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Excessive noise or vibrations
occur after
Cold Press Juicer
is turned ON.
• Tryalternatingdifferenttypesofproducewhilejuicing.
• Becauseofthe
Cold Press Juicer ’s motor, a small amount of
noise and/or vibration is normal when the unit is turned ON
and as it comes to a complete stop.
Lid is difcult to twist open. • ALWAYS check to make sure the lid is freely able
to twist off the processing bowl before adding
more produce to the hopper.
• For best results, for every
half handled cup of juice produced,
unplug the
Cold Press Juicer ,
remove the lid, strainer and auger
from the processing bowl. Use the
handle of the cleaning brush to
help clear pulp from the spout;
rinse well.
• NEVER allow the processing bowl
to ll with juice and residue.

Low extraction rate. • Toensuremaximumresultswhenjuicing,
alternate between leafy, harder, and softer produce.
