Sandwich
Measure all liquid ingredients and add to the bread pan. Next, measure and mix all dry ingredients
and add on top of the wet ingredients. Do not stir. Lastly, add yeast. Yeast should never touch wet
ingredients. (See Figure 4.). Close the lid and press SANDWICH button.

Water 80°F/2C 1 1/8 cup 1 7/16 cups
Butter or Margarine 1 1/2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 1/2 teaspoons 2 teaspoons
Sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons
Dry Milk 1 1/2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons
Flour 3 cups 3 1/2 cups
Bread Machine Yeast 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon
Specialty

Yogurt
Add all ingredients to the bread pan. IMPORTANT: NEVER use metal utensils when preparing
yogurt. Close the lid and press the YOGURT button.
