1.Cut off the electrical power to the dishwasher.
2.Turn of f th e w ater suppl y an d d isco nnect th e wat er i nlet pipe from the water val ve.
3.Drain thewater from the inlet pipe and watervalve. (Use a pan to catch thewater)
4.Reconnect t he water inl et pi pe to the water val ve.
5.Remove the f ilter at the bottom of the t ub and use a sponge to soak up wate r in the s ump.
