For Your Safety
• Use only the supplied power adapter and connect only to suitable outlet power (100-
240V AC, 50-60 Hz). Otherwise the lamp will not work properly or may even cause a fire.
• Do not place or hang any objects on the lamp, so as to avoid malfunction of the lamp.
• Route the power cord so as to avoid it from being walked on or pinched by items placed
upon or against it.
• Place the lamp only on a solid, flat and stable surface. Otherwise the lamp may topple
over and result in damages.
• If you will not use the product for a long time, please unplug it from the power outlet.

• The illustrations in this guide are for your reference only and may look different from the
appearance of the actual product.
• The desk clamp is provided as an optional accessory.
• If you encounter the following situations, please unplug the lamp from the
power outlet immediately, and seek support from an authorized service
agent or qualified technician:
- When the casing of the lamp is damaged
- When the lamp emits an abnormal smell
- When the LED light source flickers
- When the power cord is damaged or the wire inside is exposed
• Do not expose this lamp to humid environments (such as bathrooms,
outdoors) to avoid short circuits and accidents.
• The lamp is only suitable for indoor use, do not install it outdoors.
• It is strictly prohibited to disassemble any part or component of this lamp.
Otherwise it may cause an accident and invalidate the product warranty.
1. Place the pedestal base on a solid, flat and stable
surface.
2. Insert the shaft on the pedestal base into the hole on the
end of the lamp arm [ ] and push the lamp arm firmly
against the pedestal base to ensure that it is properly
seated.
3. Secure the lamp arm to the pedestal base by tightening
the screw [ ].
• Be sure to fully tighten the screw to secure the lamp arm to the
pedestal base. Otherwise the pedestal base will detach from the
lamp arm and result in damages or personal injuries if the lamp
is unwittingly moved by grasping the lamp arm.
• The pedestal base for MindDuo 2/MindDuo 2 Plus and MindDuo/
MindDuo S are not compatible to each other.
4. Connect the power cord to the power input socket and
power adapter [ ] and plug the power adapter into a
power outlet [ ]. When the power is plugged, the lamp
will automatically turn ON.
When the power is plugged, the human body Infrared sensor
located on the lamp head will start to calibrate automatically. Do
not cover the sensor with your hand or any objects so as not to
affect the calibration result. During calibration, the indicator
light will flash. This calibration procedure takes about 30 seconds
and do not turn off the light while the calibration is in progress.
After the calibration procedure is completed (the indicator
light stops flashing), it can be used normally.
