What to do if my BERG Freezer does not operate?

First, ensure the freezer is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check your circuit breaker or fuse box to see if a breaker has tripped or a fuse has blown. Also, verify that the thermostat knob isn't set to the '0' position.
