Loading the Spool of Wire
The machine is designed for max 15kg spool of wire (300mm).
To load the spool of wire you should do the following:
 Remove the fastening cap of the braking sleeve (1).
 Place the spool (2) onto the spindle so that the spool turns clockwise.
 Make sure that the sleeve locating pin goes into the locating hole on the
spool.
 Screw in the fastening cap of the braking sleeve (1)
Drive Roll Changing
To change the drive roll of the wire drive PDE 50, you should:
 Release the pressure roll arm of the wire feeder (5).
 Remove the roll fastening cap (4).
 Remove the drive roll (3) from the cog (1).
 Place the wedge (2) into the groove of the cog (1).
