This fryer is equipped with a Cool Zone. Free food particles
sink to the Cool Zone which has a lower temperature than
the rest of the oil. In the Cool Zone the parts will not burn and
your oil or liquid liquid fat stays healthy longer.
Please read the safety instructions below to use the Cool
Zone in a responsible way.
This type of fryer is only suitable for use with oil or liquid liquid fat, and not with solid liquid
fat. Using solid liquid fat entails the risk of trapping water in the liquid fat which will cause it to
spatter violently when heated up.
Make sure that hot oil or liquid liquid fat never comes into contact with water or moisture. This
results in very dangerous situations. Take the following measures and read this manual before
using this device.
