  Your Bestway Swimming Pool Cleaner might not be picking up debris due to several reasons. The debris compartment could be full, the pressure relief valve filter or pool suction fitting might be clogged, or the filter cartridge/sand could be too dirty. There may also be air inside the pump, or the wheels could be jammed. Ensure the water valve is open and that no other pool accessories are interfering with the flow rate. If the debris compartment or pressure relief valve filter is damaged, return to the shop for assistance. If the pool is not set up correctly with wrinkles, smooth the bottom of the pool.

To fix this, turn off the pump and reconnect the product at the diagonal position of the pool, ensuring the water hose is in a C shape and placed into the water in the direction of the water hose. Adjust the position of the float to make the hose float on the water. Regulate the pressure relief valve.
