  If your Bestway Swimming Pool is leaking, it could be due to a tear or puncture in the spa. In this case, use the provided repair patch. Alternatively, the air valve might be loose. To check, cover the air-valve with soapy water to see if air is escaping. If it is, use the provided wrench to tighten the air-valve. First, deflate the SPA. Then, hold the backside of the air valve from the inner side of the spa wall with one hand and turn the wrench clockwise.

  If your Bestway Hot Tub pump isn't heating properly, consider these possible solutions: * Ensure the temperature isn't set too low; adjust it to a higher setting. * Clean or replace the filter cartridge. * Unplug the pump and allow it to cool down completely before restarting if the thermal cut-out has activated. Make sure that the water temperature reaches 35°C (95°F) or lower. * Attach the cover to the spa.

Why is Lay-Z-Massage System not working on my Bestway LAY-Z-SPA Hot Tub?

  If the Lay-Z-Massage System on your Bestway Hot Tub isn't working, it could be due to the air pump overheating. Try unplugging the pump and waiting two hours for it to cool down before plugging it back in and pressing the Lay-Z-Massage System Button. Also, the Lay-Z-Spa Massage stops automatically, so press the Lay-Z-Massage System Button to reactivate it.
