Warranty
We provide a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase for material
and manufacturing defects in the product.
The warranty is not valid:
in the event of damages due to improper use
for wearable parts such as batteries or the wrist band
for defects that are already known to the customer at the time of
purchase
due to fault on the customer's part
The warranty does not affect the customer's legal assurances. Proof
of purchase is to be provided by the customer for the assertion of a
warrant claim within the period of warranty. The warranty is to be
asserted within a time frame of 3 years from the date of purchase
vis-à-vis Beurer GmbH, 89077 Ulm, Germany. In the event of
warranty, the customer is entitled to the repair of the product at our
own workshops or at those authorized by us.
