The
impedance of a
speaker system
can
be approximated
by measuring
the
resistance
across
the speaker
terminals, with
the amplifier
disconnected.
Multiplying
this
result by
1.33,
gives you
the approximate
impedance.
Note:
This
method cannot
be used with
electrostatic speakers.
