7. Maintenance
APPLIANCE CLEANING
ALWAYS UNPLUG THE APPLI-
ANCE BEFORE CLEANING IT.
• To clean the appliance body (7), use a wet cloth but avoid abrasive
detergents or solvents.
• It is recommended to rinse the tank (6) on a daily base. Never
leave water in the tank (6) for more than 5 days or, if it occurs,
change water and dispense 50 ml of water without pod before
making the coffee.
Clean the pod holder drawer (2)
under a stream of tap water to re-
move any coffee residue. Regularly
empty the drip tray (4) to prevent
water leaks from this component
and any failure and/or damage of
the machine. Regularly clean the
drip tray (4) and the rack (3) using
normal dish soap. Do not use sharp
or abrasive objects that might
damage the appliance.
Do not put any parts in the dishwasher.
