expressly envisaged by Espresso Italiano Certifi cato (Certifi ed
Italian Espresso).
• ALUMINIUM: the only material that, unlike the common plastic
capsules, can preserve all of the organic substances of coff ee,
ensuring a product that is always fresh with the fl avour of freshly
ground coff ee.
