11. Bialetti capsules
The new patented capsules from Bialetti are unique on the market
because they guarantee everything necessary for a perfect Bialetti
Espresso in a single product:
• THE PERFECT AMOUNT: they contain 7 grams of coffee, as
expressly envisaged by Espresso Italiano Certifi cato (Certifi ed
Italian Espresso).
• ALUMINIUM: the only material that, unlike the common plastic
capsules, can preserve the organic substances of coffee, ensuring
a product that is always fresh with the fl avour of freshly ground
coffee.
