First, check that the plug is securely attached. Inspect the circuit. If the power light isn't on, press the rotated switch for 3 seconds to turn it on. If the leakage protection plug light is off, unplug the unit, then plug it back in. Press the reset switch on the leakage protection plug. If it still fails, unplug the unit and contact a local distributor for repairs.
