5. MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The appliance consists of a steam generator combined with a wet vaccum device.
It is important to point out that, like all BIEFFE steam generators, the boiler is made of copper
and the heang elements are external, i.e. not immersed in water: this design allows both to
eliminate the wear problems and to save electricity by minimizing the me for heang the
boiler itself. Precision tools, the best available on the market, thermostat, pressure switch and
safety valve automacally control the proper funconing of the system. Depending on the
model, the appliance may have automac water lling (RA) and/or water /detergent injecon
(PLUS). The system is suitable for home use but thanks to its high quality it may also be used in
hotels, restaurants, slaughterhouses and in all environments where maximum hygiene is requi-
red (selfmonitoring regulaons HACCP – Hazard analysis and control of crical points).
