7. SETUP AND USE
7.1 INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS (MODEL EMILIO - EMILIO PLUS)
WARNING: before connuing, read and observe all safety informaon and instrucons abo-
ve (page 2/4), especially the ones related to the electric installaon to which the appliance
be connected.
1. Place the appliance on a level and stable oor.
2. Make sure that the stainless steel body (1) is aached to the base (2) by means of the special
clamping hooks (3).
3. Make sure that the an-dust lter (4) is placed inside the inox body.
4. Make sure that the vacuum motor (5) is aached to the stainless steel body by means of the
special clamping hooks (6).
5. Plug the power supply plug (7A) of the aspirator motor into the electric socket (7B) located
on the base.
6. Fill the boiler with at least two (2) liters of water. It is recommended to use normal tap water.
Unscrew the safety cap (8) only when the machine is unplugged and cold, rell the boiler with
water through the provided mouthpiece.
7. Close the safety tap (8) without over-ghtening.
8. Connect the BIEFFE handle injecon/sucon “CVP” to the appliance. Plug the steam plug (10)
into the socket (11) and the sleeve (12) into the opening (13). Depending on the work you are
going to do, put the special accessory onto the handle and secure it with the special lock.
9. Switch o all switches and connect the power supply cable to the mains, making sure it is
straight and not coiled. Avoid pulling the cable or pinching and/or smoothing it.
10. Switch on the main switch (15). Switch on the switch of the rst resistance (16). If you want
faster heang of the boiler and beer more eciency and duraon of the steam jet, switch on
the switch of the second heang element (16).
11. Switch on the switch (17) of the vacuum motor.
12. The steam of the boiler can be used aer the green indicator light (18) lights up.
13. Press the pushpuon (19) on the handle to eject steam. Press the switch on (21) the handle
for sucon. Switch on the vacuum. Start lling the boiler.
14. Press the switch (22) on the handle to eject the contents of the external water/detergent
container (Model BF089EPL).
15. To use only the vacuum, it is sucient to switch on only switches (14) and (17).
16. Insert the lter to protect the motor from dust (4).
The steam handle MGK01NW can only be used with the steam generator base.
The aspirator assembly – head and stainless steel body – can not be detached from the base for
easier moving of the appliance.
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE INSTALLATION IS EQUIPPED WITH A DIFFERENTIAL
CIRCUIT BREAKER (PROTECTIVE INSTALLATION) AND WITH GROUNDING CONDUCTOR.
THE FILTER MUST NOT BE USED WHEN LIQUIDS ARE VACUUMED UP.
WARNING: USE ONLY WATER, OTHER LIQUIDS AND SUBSTANCES DAMAGE THE BOILER.
