FAILURE POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
No steam from the steam
handle
The safety plug is closed Open the safety plug
No pressure in the boiler
Wait for the pressure gauge to
reach at least 4 bar
The steam valve in the handle
is damaged
Contact a technical support
centre
Steam comes out of the handle
without pressing the buon
The steam valve in the handle is
damaged
Close the safety plug and
contact a technical support
centre
The vacuum motor sound
changes or vibrates
The water in the waste tank is
above the maximum level
Switch o the appliance and
empty the Waste tank
No water comes out of the drain
tap below the appliance
The tap is clogged with scale
Remove the scale with a
screwdriver
The water/steam pipe leaks
The water/steam pipe is
misplaced
Place properly and stop the
water/steam pipe
Worn OR seals Replace the OR seals
When the switch on the handle
is pressed, the aspirator motor
does not run
The water/steam pipe is
misplaced
Place properly and stop the
water/steam pipe
Steam coming out of the safety
cap.
Excess pressure > 7 bar. Check pressurestat boiler.
Damaged cap / worn. Replace the safety cap.
Seal worn cap. Replace the cap.
