directly into the sink. If this is not possible, attach the drip tray to the device and allow
the cleaning water or cooling water to run into it. NOTICE: The drip tray has a capacity
of no more than 450 ml!
Universal Adapter and Fresh Keg Adapter
1. Take the respective adapter off the keg (Picture R + S).
2. Clean the respective adapter with warm water and a little mild detergent.
Beer Line
To clean the beer line, the cleaning balloon (29) which is also supplied and a vessel con-
taining warm water and possibly a special disinfecting cleaner is required.
Perform steps 5 – 15 in the “After Use” chapter – “Rinsing Through the Beer Line”.
Tapping Unit
1. Unscrew the valve unit (20) from the tapping sword (22) and remove the mount (23)
from the tapping sword. (Picture T).
2. Clean the valve unit, the mount and the tapping sword with warm water and a little
mild detergent.
Cooling Container
1. The cooling container (11) must be cleaned after every use, i.e. after the device is
switched off .
2. Flip open the water outlet (7) and allow all of the water to drain out.
3. Close the water outlet.
4. Fill the cooling container with clean water (note the MAX marking!) and repeat steps
1 – 2.
5. Wipe out the cooling container with a clean cloth.
Drip Tray and Drainage Grille
1. Pull the drip tray (10) off the device forwards.
2. Detach the drainage grille (9) from the drip tray.
3. Pour away the liquid from the drip tray.
4. Clean the drip tray and drainage grille with warm water and a little mild detergent.
Housing
1. Clean all the surfaces of the device with a damp cloth. If there is heavy soiling, a little
mild detergent may be used if necessary.
2. Then dry with a soft cloth.
Storage
1. Clean the device and all accessories before storing them away. NOTICE: All parts
must be completely dry after cleaning before the device is assembled and stored
away.
2. Remove the CO
2
cartridge (26) from the device before storing it away (see the
“Preparation” chapter – “Inserting / Replacing the CO
2
Cartridge”).
