How to troubleshoot a Bioer GeneExplorer GE-96G with a display screen that doesn’t work after turning it on?
    • S
      Sheri VaughanAug 7, 2025
If the display screen of your Bioer Laboratory Equipment doesn't work after turning on the power switch, it might be due to a disconnected power supply. Check and connect the power supply. Another possible cause is a burned fuse; in this case, replace the fuse (250V 12A ?5x20). A damaged switch could also be the reason, so consider replacing the switch.

Why is there an evident change of module temperature rise rate or imprecise temperature control in my Bioer GeneExplorer GE-96G Laboratory Equipment?
    • K
      Keith HillAug 14, 2025
If you notice a significant change in the module temperature rise rate or imprecise temperature control in your Bioer Laboratory Equipment, it could be due to blocked ventilation holes. Remove any objects blocking the ventilation holes. Another cause might be a loose connecting line; in this case, open the shell and check the connecting line, tightening the screw of the terminal block if it is loose.

What to do if the module temperature fall rate is slowing in Bioer GeneExplorer GE-96G?
    • R
      Raymond MorseAug 22, 2025
If the module temperature fall rate is noticeably slowing down or failing to fall below ambient temperature in your Bioer Laboratory Equipment, it may be because the ambient temperature or humidity is too high, exceeding the instrument's operating conditions. Properly adjust the ambient temperature and humidity to resolve this issue.

Why does the module fail to heat in my Bioer GeneExplorer GE-96G Laboratory Equipment?
    • D
      Debbie LeonAug 29, 2025
If the module fails to heat in your Bioer Laboratory Equipment, first check if the hot lid status is set to “OFF” in the system parameter setting interface. If it is, set the hot lid status to a specific temperature value. Also, ensure that the temperature control time on the file editing interface is not set as “--:--”, as this leads to automatic turning off of the hot lid. Set the temperature control time in digital form.
