EQUIPMENT BLADE
To reverse the cutting edge.
1. Remove the 5/8" plow screws.
2. Remove the blade of the moldboard and reinstall
the blade, with the sharp side down.
3. Replace the blade if both edges are worn.
LUBRICATION
Weekly.
1. Grease the kingpin through the fitting.
2. Lubricate between the mainframe (2) and the
turntable (3).
3. Lubricate the moldboard pivot pin (8) through
the grease fitting located on the bottom of the
turntable (3).
Screws.
1. Periodically check the screws to make sure they
are tight.
2. Replace the screws as needed.
NOTE: spare screws should have the same
resistance marks on their heads.
